• I will wear a mask at all times while in close proximity of others.

• I will practice socially distancing of 6 feet while participating at this event. 

• My child will wear the provided gloves (latex free) while using the provided materials.

• I will notify the organizers of this event should I or my child test positive for COVID 19 within 14 days of attending this event.
