Treat The World:"Food + Winter Clothing" Drive is a mission to engage the community to GIVE BACK to the community by collecting donations of food, winter clothing, books and toys to be donated to local shelters in efforts to provide support to those in need during the holiday season. This drive began in 2013 by multi-media Brooklyn artist and collaborator Madi Dangerously. Presently in 2016, Madi Dangerously has joined forces with multimedia artist, Annalisa Iadicicco – founder of The Blue Bus Project, to keep the drive going and take it to new heights as a participatory interactive music & art event, with live DJ & open mic where patrons come together to contribute their voices through writing messages about the change they wis to create for the world on pieces of cardboard to be utilizes for an art installation in hopes to inspire social change and practice the art of giving.
