Join us on Fridays, August 12 and 19 from 10am to 12pm for the Summer Kids on the Waterfront event, hosted by Hunters Point Parks Conservancy.

 

Our team will be located near the Hunters Point branch of the Queens Public Library, where we will engage children in fun activities using recycled and upcycled materials. Our goal is to promote awareness of environmental issues such as waste reduction, while demonstrating the transformative power of the imagination through creative reuse.

 

This event is made possible through the generous sponsorship of Hunters Point Parks Conservancy and Flushing Town Hall, and is sure to be an enriching experience for all participants.
